I received this in the mail on March 28th. At first I didn't even read it I thought they were sending me more coupons until I saw the phone. I called and RSVP'd the same day I got the package
Next I got a package from FedEx on April 3 (which I had to sign for) which had the paper work for me and the person who I chose to go to fill out.
Now I am waiting to hear back from them about the dates of the trip. I am so nervous because I have been reading other peoples reviews, so I hope everything works out.
Today I got my second round of paper work telling me my dates and asking for sizes for me and my guest. I sent my first round of paper work on April 7th and got the second round today May 2 so about 4 weeks. I heard some people got theirs back as soon as 2 weeks, I think it depends what state you live in.
They ask you for sizes because from what I have read they give you boots, a cowboy hat and a jacket along with some other gifts. They also send you a sheet of the activities and which activities you would be interested in participating in. It also says that you can always change your mind when you get there. I personally want to do everything except the Fly Fishing, Mountain Biking and Tame The Land. Being a Native New Yorker and being in NYC all the time these activities are something that rarely get to do so I am very excited to try some new things!
Hey Nathacha..when I sent my first set of paper work back in (all the info and health information) they told me it would be 4 - 6 weeks before I would hear back ...(however, it didn't take that long)..I received my next package in about 3 weeks saying that I was going and the dates of my trip..I just had to fill in the additional paper work and send back within the 7 days again (this information was for our sizes and selection of activities (which they said we can change once we get there if we want.)..They said the next thing would be a phone call around the end of April to confirm my mailing address...so just waiting now...We will be leaving from North Carolina...let me know the dates that your trip will be.
ReplyDeleteI was just wondering if you had a choice of dates, or was the date picked for you? I am a nurse, and have plenty of 6 day stretches off......but we have to put in for vacation 6 months in advance. I wouldn't be able to go if they only gave me one option when I was working.
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa, as far as I know you can't pick the dates. After you send your first round of paperwork and get approved they tell you your date. I still don't know my date I'm waiting to find out, should find out in 2-3 weeks.

Its has been about 4 weeks since I sent it off, but today I received another package from fedex asking for our sizes for boots etc, & it shows our dates to leave will be from July 7th-10th :) can't wait!
